Learning does not end when we move out of an institution. With the growth of on-the-go consumption in education, data-driven personalised experiences and the ability to curate learning for individual goals, companies must adapt learning and development to the needs of workers pursuing flexible, non-linear career paths.
The “future of work” is multi career and multi skills. Therefore, it is important that we can learn, upskill and reskill and actively manage our careers. Employers will be increasingly responsible for this and seek to bring organisationally relevant capabilities in-house.
