Bianca is an experienced educator and Learning Designer with a background specialising in academic literacy and TESOL teaching. With clear strategic strengths, Bianca enjoys solving educational problems so that learner experiences are enriched by engaging and scaffolded learning environments. Utilising specialised training in TESOL, Bianca has worked with hundreds of students across the globe in Vietnam, Cambodia, Argentina and Australia, and is consistently praised for her friendly approach and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. Bianca is also completing a PhD investigating pedagogy related to enriching vocabulary used in speech by second language learners, for which she has presented findings at various international conferences.
