Ingrid specialises in developing student-centred learning, teaching and assessment methods with a focus on developing transferable skills which can be applied across different industries. Ingrid previously headed up Learning and Development for Maersk and has worked in operational management positions for IHG, the NEC-group and Disney. She has led on multiple change projects, transitioning face-to-face learning to innovative blended learning environments and full online platforms. Ingrid holds a doctorate in Education from the University of Reading and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
